Privacy Policy - Fizzless

Summary: Fizzless has no account and no cloud. Everything you track stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or track any personal data.
Data We Collect
None. Fizzless works fully offline. Your streak, start date, habit settings, and milestones are stored only on your device (in the app's local storage). This data is never sent to us or to any third party, and there is no account to create.
No Tracking or Analytics
Fizzless does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking identifiers. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell personal data.
Health Information
Fizzless does not access Apple HealthKit and does not read or write any Health data. The "what changes" timeline is general lifestyle information shown by day count — it is a personal record, not medical advice.
Subscriptions
Fizzless Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives only subscription entitlement status from StoreKit so it can unlock Pro features. We never see or process your payment card information.
Widgets
The Home Screen and Lock Screen widget reads your current day count from a private app group on your device so it can display it. This data stays on your device.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because Fizzless stores everything locally and collects nothing, rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data are satisfied automatically — your data is entirely under your control on your device. We do not sell personal information.
Deleting Your Data
Delete the app to remove all Fizzless data from your device. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.
Children's Privacy
Fizzless is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
