Privacy Policy - Pelvic Pain Journal
Effective Date: 2026-06-30
HenryArch built Pelvic Pain Journal as a freemium app. This page informs users about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Information Collection and Use
All data processed by Pelvic Pain Journal remains on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
The app lets you enter journal data such as pain scores, pain locations, bleeding level, cycle context, medication notes, bowel and bladder symptoms, free-text notes, and appointment PDF summaries. This information is stored locally on your device for your own use.
Medical and Health Information
Pelvic Pain Journal is a personal record and appointment preparation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication dosing, or emergency care. Please consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
This version does not use Apple HealthKit and does not read or write HealthKit data.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Subscriptions
Pelvic Pain Journal Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since all journal data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by using the in-app Delete All Local Data action or by uninstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
